- Rjeha Point employee will Scan the shopper’s QR code on their
phone.
- Verify the items the shopper wishes to return, against the
items shown on the screen.
- Scan the Rjeha bag, place the items inside and seal.
- Place the bag into a Rjeha reusable box with returns from
other customers.
- Rjeha Point returns are aggregated and ship together to our
Return Hubs
- Our Return Hubs sort and palletize returns to be bulk shipped
back to the merchant.
